Delivery Rates

We are able to deliver items ordered to you either by our standard or express delivery service. All items dispatched are trackable, recorded and to be signed for on delivery. Items destined for UK mainland addresses are dispatched by recorded or trackable first class post except where a different delivery instruction is given by the customer. 

Stock permitting, UK orders dispatched using our standard delivery service, will be delivered to you within 5 working days, or earlier. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email within 2 - 3 working days to offer you a similar product or a refund. Hoshoh Accessories cannot be held responsible for late delivery or non-delivery of orders caused by postal or courier services or for reasons outside our control. 

We offer FREE POSTAGE (Standard Delivery Service) on all orders over the value of £50 shipped to UK (UK Addresses only), and except when express delivery service option is selected. Postage and packing costs for orders below £50 are based on customer's choice of either our standard or express delivery service and delivery location. Below is the delivery charges and delivery timelines for orders in stock placed before 12 noon on a weekday (except on UK Bank / Public Holidays) are as follows:

  2. Express Delivery: £9.95 incl. VAT (Delivery: Next Day)

Rest of Europe (EU)

  1. Standard Delivery: £10.95 incl. VAT (Delivery 4-7 Days)
  2. Express Delivery: £33.50 incl.  VAT (Delivery: 1-3 Days)

Rest of the World

  1. Standard Delivery: £19.95 incl. VAT (Delivery: 7-14 Days)
  2. Express Delivery: £38.90 incl. VAT (Delivery: 3-7 Days)
     

Delivery Service Providers
We use the best service for delivery address location and speed, examples of carrier service providers we use are Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, City Link, UPS, and DHL. Tracking information can be checked on the delivery carriers websites, we will inform you of the tracking information when the item is despatched.

 

Christmas Standard Delivery Guide Dates
If you are planning to treat someone, or yourself, for something special for Christmas, please make sure, you place your order in plenty of time. As you know, the post can be slower than usual at this time of the year. To ensure your parcels arrive in time for Christmas, we recommend you place your orders by the following dates:

  • UK (incl. UK Islands) orders by 10 December
  • Rest of Europe (EU) orders by 06 December
  • Rest of the World orders by 20 November

We can send UK (incl. UK Islands) orders placed by 14 December on Express Delivery Service.

Charges on Orders for Delivery within EU
Goods delivered to addresses within the EU are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.

 

Charges on Orders for Delivery Outside EU
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Goods delivered to addresses outside the EU are not liable for UK VAT charge.

Please be advised shipping to a destination that requires a customs declaration will result in your packing slip identifying the package contents to be included on the customs label. Customs duty may be charged on goods you ordered at the point of entry in the destination country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
 

Charges on All Orders
Please note that UK VAT (20%) is charged on the total cost of postage and packaging for all orders. Our UK VAT registration number is on all invoices sent with the order.

 

Returned Parcels Exceptions

  1. INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS DETAILS: Parcels are returned to us because they cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided by you on your order. If such parcel is returned to us marked as 'Insufficient or Incorrect Address', your order will be canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs. However, if you want us to resend the parcel/s to you, then you will be eligible for the resending costs plus a £2.50 incl. VAT handling fee for us to send the returned parcel back to you at your new correct address. The returned parcels will only be resent once these charges have been met. Failure to comply with these charges if you want parcel re-sent will result in the order being canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs
  2. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS: Postal and Courier Services will leave a note or card if you are not there to receive the parcel. It is your responsibility to contact the carriers either to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us marked as 'Not called for', your order will be canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs. However, if you want us to resend the parcel/s to you, then you will be eligible for the resending costs plus a £2.50 incl. VAT handling charge for us to send the returned parcel back to you. The returned parcels will only be resent once these charges have been met. Failure to comply with these charges if you want parcel re-sent will result in the order being canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs.
