  1. How do I shop online on Hoshoh.com?
    We believe shopping online at Hoshoh.com is very easy. Just follow these steps:

    1. Choose the section (jewellery, hair ornaments, fashion Accessories) and then the product.

    2. View the products you are interested in and click on the photographs to zoom in and see every detail, available sizes, colours, composition, reference code, and price.

    3. Select an item and add it to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process the order.

    4. If you would like to process your order you can do so by either registering, signing in as a returning customer or check-out as a guest.

    5. Choose whether you would have your order delivered through standard or express delivery.

    6. Select a payment method: Card payments using Amex, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB Cards, all cards processed through SagePay, or by PayPal. Payment can also be made using e-Gift Vouchers (including Credit Notes).

    7. Confirm the order.

    8. You will receive an email confirming your order.

    5. we accept payment from Amex SafeKey, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa registered cards in addition to unregistered credit/debit cards.

  3. Do the product prices include any taxes?
    We strived to make our online shop to be secure and hassle-free shopping experience. All product prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.

     

  4. How do I know what length Jewellery will look on me?
    You can use the earring and necklace length guide in the pictures below. The pictures show how the jewellery will look on an average body frame and shape, please use these images and dimensions as an approximate guide only. See the necklace length guide description below for more details.

    1. Necklaces that are 35cm will fit like a choker.

    2. A 40cm necklace should fall perfectly around the base of the neck like a collar. On a petite woman, it will hit your collarbone while for plus size women it might feel more like a choker.

    3. 45m length necklaces, a common choice for women that will fall just below the throat at the collarbone. This length is popular for adding pendants which will hang over a crew neck.

    4. 50cm necklaces will fall a few cms below the collarbone and allow a little more breathing room. Perfect for a low, plunging neckline or if you want to wear it over a turtleneck.

    5. A 55cm length necklaces will fall at or above a low neckline.

    6. The 60cm necklace should fall below any neckline.

    7. Necklaces longer than 91cm which is a common length for 1920s flappers look, common with pearl strands and other long designs should hang below the bosom. These long necklaces can be worn as a single strand or you can double them for a 46cm necklace.

  5. Do the sell Gift Cards?
    Yes, you can buy Hoshoh e-Gift Cards (e-Gift Vouchers) in our store which can be redeemed against the orders in our online shop. The
    e-Gift Vouchers are available for the amounts £25, £50, £75 and £100. Customers can buy purchase one or multiples of these e-Gift Vouchers, code/s will be sent by email for each e-Gift Voucher bought. The e-Gift Voucher code received by email must be used within 12 months of the order date and there is a minimum spend of £10 when the e-Gift Voucher code is used. Please note that customers can only use one e-Gift Voucher code per order.
     

  6. How do I get the e-Gift Voucher Code/s?
    When a customer buys e-Gift Voucher/s from our shop, the customer will be sent an email with the e-Gift Voucher code/s after completing payment process for their order. An email containing the e-Gift Voucher 
    code/s including instructions on how to redeem the e-Gift Voucher in our shop will be sent to the customer. The customer can also download information on using e-Gift Voucher after purchase on our site. Please contact us if you experience the problem using the e-Gift Voucher/s.
     

  7. Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes, we offer international delivery to most countries. See our
    delivery rates information for guide shipping costs and more details. Goods delivered to addresses with the EU are inclusive of UK VAT at 20%, but those going outside EU are not liable for UK VAT charge.

    Please be aware that there may be charges on delivery outside EU such as Customs duty on goods you ordered at the point of entry in the destination country, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Goods delivered outside the EU.
     

  8. How do I pay for my order?
    We accept payments by most major credit and debit cards, including Amex, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, all cards are processed through SagePay, or by PayPal. Payments can also be made using e-Gift Vouchers (including Credit Notes). Please note that we may require further verification of your credit/debit card details if using non-UK Maestro. If this is necessary, we will contact you.

    The credit/debit cards for overseas orders is charged in UK pounds sterling on the date your order is placed. If you are ordering from overseas, your bank will convert the price into your local currency using the exchange rate on the date you place your order. To get an idea on price or order value, you can use the converter such as at Travelex.co.uk website.
     

  9. What is your returns policy?
    Yes, we want you to be happy with both our products and our service, we endeavor to attain 100% customer satisfaction, details in our
    terms & conditions. We offer returns or exchanges on most goods by providing '14 days cooling off' period for all non-bespoke products. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or replace your item/s with a product of same value within 28 days of purchase, stock pending.

    However, Pierced earrings, Bespoke (Made to Measure) and some hair ornaments products are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety - unless faulty. Your legal rights are not affected.
     

  10. How do I return an item?
    If you wish to return any item/s, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) by email at returns@hoshoh.com. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number which should be written onto the package you are returning to us at the address given. Please return the item/s within 7 days of delivery.

    Please note that return postage costs are not pre-paid. If you require any advice about returning or exchanging goods, contact us by email at returns@hoshoh.com
    We will seek to refund your money within 28 days to the same credit/debit card the goods were purchased with, excluding the original postage charge which is non-refundable except if the returns are for faults.
     
  11. How do I track my order?
    Yes, you can track your delivery, an order and despatched confirmation emails with tracking details will be sent to you with notice of despatch to enable you to track your delivery.

     
  12. How can I contact your couriers?
    Yes, with the tracking details you will be able to track parcel on our carriers website. Carriers and tracking number details will be in the email confirmation to you
    , tracking information can be checked on the delivery carriers websites. We use the best service for delivery address location and speed, examples of carrier service providers we use are Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, City Link, UPS, and DHL.
     
  13. What are your delivery options?
    Orders over the value of £50, are delivered FREE of charge using our standard delivery service to UK (only), and except when express delivery service option is chosen. Postage and packing costs for orders below or above £50 are based on customer's choice of either our standard or express delivery service suitable for their delivery address region or country. The delivery charges and delivery timelines for orders in stock placed before 12 noon on a weekday (except on UK Bank/Public Holidays) are as follows:
