Hoshoh online shop is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. All dimensions shown are approximate and all prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20%.

 

Contract of Sale
The purchase is not made until you have completed the online payment order form and you have accepted these terms and conditions; you can download and print these terms of trade. Receipt of your order will be acknowledged in writing, usually by email. Any contract for a sale of goods between Hoshoh Limited, trading as Hoshoh Accessories and your self will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Hoshoh Accessories irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

 

Right of Withdrawal
Hoshoh Accessories reserve the right at any time to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove any item or edit content of our online shop, refuse to process a transaction for any reason, or cancel orders at any time and at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order, this will be without charge to you.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any refusal to enter into a transaction for any reason. In order to be eligible to purchase items on this website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must: provide your real name, phone number, payment details and other requested information; be over 18 years of age; stipulate a delivery address; possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or a verified PayPal or Amazon Pay account.

When you make an offer to buy an item on this website, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit or debit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit or debit card, and to authorise your payment card for individual purchase transactions.
 

Our Acceptance Policy
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Hoshoh Accessories will take place on the despatch of the goods you have ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled it. Rejection of an order by us may result from one or a combination of the following:

  1. Your order was not completed or was abandoned during the secure payment processing.
  2. The product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
  3. A pricing or product description error is identified.
  4. We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
  5. You fail to give us the correct billing address to which the credit/debit card used to make your purchase is registered.
  6. We are unable to verify the security details you have given in relation to the credit/debit card used to make your purchase.
  7. You have provided incorrect billing or/and delivery addresses, or the addresses you provided are PO Box, mail drop box, or other kinds of forwarding addresses.
  8. You have selected incorrect delivery option for the delivery address region at checkout for your order.
  9. You violated the terms of our promotional discount or/and coupon.
     

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase made by you at any time. For the avoidance of doubt, the sales contract will be deemed to have been concluded in England.
 

Right of Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel orders placed with us, within seven days of receipt, except where the item such as pierced earring has already been despatched for hygiene and safety reasons. This right will be confirmed to you in the written acknowledgment of your order.  You can cancel orders before it is despatched by contacting us by email, sales@hoshoh.com.

However, for orders that have been despatched, customers can return items according to our return policy.  Please note that the purchase price will only be repaid if you return the product in merchantable condition and the cost of returning it is not recoverable unless it was faulty on receipt. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
 

Returns Policy
Hoshoh has been established out of a great love for adornment and fashion accessories. When we created Hoshoh online shop, we took our best online shopping experiences and ensured that Hoshoh Accessories surpassed each one through the quality of products, choice and above all, customer service. We stand by the quality of our products, customer service and your opinion matters to us. We'd like to invite you to rate and review our service on 
Trustpilot from time to time and/or you can contact us directly with any feedback by writing to customercare@hoshoh.com.

Here at Hoshoh Accessories, we want you to be happy with both our products and our service, we endeavor to attain 100% customer satisfaction. We offer returns or exchanges on most goods by providing '14 days cooling off' period for all non-bespoke products. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund or replace your item/s with a product of same value within 28 days of purchase, stock pending.

However, Pierced earrings, Bespoke (Made to Measure) and some hair ornaments products are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety - unless faulty. Your legal rights are not affected.
 

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return any item/s, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) by email at returns@hoshoh.com. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number which should be written onto the package you are returning back to us,
at the address provided with the returns authorisation email and order invoice include in your parcel. Please return the item/s within 7 days of delivery.

It is, however, your responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly protected, in their original packaging on their return journey. Please ensure all item/s are returned by registered post. Please note that return postage costs are not pre-paid. If you require any advice about returning or exchanging goods, contact us by email at returns@hoshoh.com

On receipt of the returned goods, provided item/s are returned in good condition and unused (for hygiene reasons) within 28 days of purchase. We will seek to refund your money within 28 days to the same credit/debit card the goods were purchased with, excluding the original postage charge which is non-refundable except if the returns are for faults. We do not refund the cost of gift-wrapping or gift boxes when you have used our gift wrapping services.

All items in our 'Sale' or 'Special Offer' are of high quality and may be the end of the season, surplus stock or discontinued lines and available at a discounted price. For this reason, customers returning sale items, excluding returns for faults, will be given a credit refund only which can be applied to a future order. You are not eligible for cash change refund on the part used credit note. The change will be issued as a new credit on your account. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Hoshoh e-Gift Voucher
Hoshoh e-Gift Vouchers are available for the amounts £25, £50, £75 and £100, voucher code/s will be delivered by email that contains instructions on how the recipient of the e-Gift Voucher can redeem the voucher codes at our checkout when is placing an order with us. Our e-gift cards have no additional processing or delivery fees. However, there is a minimum spend of £10 when the e-Gift Voucher code is used and customers can only use one e-Gift Voucher code per order. The e-Gift Voucher code received by email or download must be used within 12 months of the order date.

 

Colour
Please note that the colour of the images may be affected by the availability of images or the technology used to access this site. Please refer to the description of the product to confirm colour and approximate dimensions.

 

Nickle Free and Hypoallergenic Jewellery
Most of our products are nickel allergy safe and we recognise that there are different sensitivity levels to nickel content of metals. Whilst our jewellery is nickel allergy safe, when plating or overlay of the jewellery wears off, even microscopically, nickel can cause an allergic reaction. We, therefore, recommend customers with high sensitivity to nickel to test metals in our jewellery on a regular basis, don't let your skin tell you it contains nickel.

 

Statutory Rights
Nothing contained in the above affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Purchaser or the Recipient in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.

 

Returned Parcels Exceptions

  1. INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS DETAILS: Parcels are returned to us because they cannot be delivered due to incorrect or insufficient address details provided by you on your order. If such parcel is returned to us marked as 'Insufficient or Incorrect Address', your order will be canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs. However, if you want us to resend the parcel/s to you, then you will be eligible for the resending costs plus a £2.50 incl. VAT handling fee for us to send the returned parcel back to you at your new correct address. The returned parcels will only be resent once these charges have been met. Failure to comply with these charges if you want parcel re-sent will result in the order being canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs.
  2. UNCOLLECTED PARCELS: Postal and Courier Services will leave a note or card if you are not there to receive the parcel. It is your responsibility to contact the carriers either to arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel. If the parcel is returned to us marked as 'Not called for', your order will be canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs. However, if you want us to resend the parcel/s to you, then you will be eligible for the resending costs plus a £2.50 incl. VAT handling charge for us to send the returned parcel back to you. The returned parcels will only be resent once these charges have been met. Failure to comply with these charges if you want parcel re-sent will result in the order being canceled and item/s refunded minus the original shipping costs.
